【114th Club Expo】 Registration and Related Information

1. Event Details

  • Date: March 15, 114 (Saturday)
  • Location:
    • Chuíyè Róng Avenue (Including the section from the Global Change Research Center to the intersection with Chuíyè Róng Avenue)
    • Púkē Avenue (From Xīnyuè Platform to Xiǎo Yēlín Avenue)
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Number of Booths: 160 (Each booth includes one long table and four chairs)
  • Booth Types and Fees:
    • Non-electric booth: NT$1,000
    • Electric booth: NT$1,300

Booth Assignment Notice:

  • Booth locations will be assigned by the Student Activity Division, and requests for specific locations will not be accepted.
  • Electric booths come with one 110V three-prong socket (maximum 8A).
  • High-power appliances (e.g., microwaves, hairdryers, induction cookers) are strictly prohibited.

2. Registration Method

  • Registration Period: December 30, 113 (Monday) – February 7, 114 (Friday) at 5:00 PM

Eligibility:

  1. Student Clubs
    • Clubs that completed basic registration in the 113-1 academic year and were approved by the Club Guidance Committee for establishment.
    • Clubs must complete 113-2 academic year registration before payment.
    • If the number of applicants exceeds the available booths, priority will be given based on registration order.
  2. Administrative and College/Departmental Units participating in the Azalea Festival.

Discount for Club Evaluation Participants:

  • Clubs that meet any of the following criteria qualify for a free non-electric booth (booth fee waived).
  • The electricity fee (NT$300) is not included in this waiver and must be paid if electricity is required.
  • Eligible clubs must first pay the full amount, and refunds will be processed after verification of evaluation participation.
    • Eligibility Criteria:
      1. Fully participating clubs in the club evaluation (must submit the required evaluation documents by February 27, 114, 5:00 PM, and set up a booth at the expo).
      2. Clubs that received the "Outstanding Club" award in the 113-year evaluation.
      3. Refunds will be processed after verification of evaluation materials and expo participation.

3. Payment Schedule

  • Registration Period: December 30, 113 (Monday) – February 7, 114 (Friday) at 5:00 PM
  • Payment Notification Date: February 10, 114 (Monday)
  • Payment Period: February 17, 114 (Monday) – February 21, 114 (Friday) (by 3:00 PM daily) at the Student Activity Division Office (Administration Building)
  • Registration Results Announcement: February 25, 114 (Tuesday) by 5:00 PM
  • Booth Location Announcement: March 3, 114 (Monday) by 5:00 PM
